With over a decade of industrial experience, Hima Aluminium Heat Treaters specializes in the heat treatment processing of aluminium alloys, forged components, extrusions, and die-cast parts. The company’s production facility is capable of handling parts ranging from a few grams up to 500 kilograms and 2000 mm in size, maintaining consistency and repeatable quality across every batch.
Our expertise covers a complete range of heat treatment processes including:
- Solutionizing (525°C ± 5°C for 8–12 hours)
- Water Quenching (within one minute)
- Precipitation (165°C ± 5°C for 8–12 hours)
- Annealing, Hardening, and Stress Relieving treatments (T0, T4, T5, T57 & T6, series).
