Hima Aluminium Heat Treaters operates a well-equipped production facility in Bangalore with a monthly capacity of 100 tonnes. Our infrastructure is designed for precision, safety, and reliability — ensuring uniform treatment for every batch of aluminium components.

- Bogie-Type Electrical Furnace : 1600L x 1200H x 1200W (1-ton capacity, 30 KW)
- Bogie Hearth Furnace : 1200L x 1000W x 1000H (0.5-ton capacity, 24 KW)
- Electrical Oven : Temperature range 0°C to 300°C for controlled ageing and drying
- Electrical Oven : Temperature range 0°C to 300°C for controlled ageing and drying size 2000x2000x750width
- Water Quench Tank : 6 ft x 3 ft x 2.5 ft for rapid quenching post - solutionizing
- Rapid Quench Furnace : 4.25ft dia x 6 ft length for rapid quenching post-solutionizing
- Vibro Finish Machines : 75L and 250L capacity for surface polishing
- Shot Blasting Machine : 24” x 20” size for uniform surface cleaning

Maintenance & Reliability
