Our Heat Treatment Process

- 1. Inward Material Inspection : Each batch undergoes a visual inspection, hardness verification, and bend/warpage check to ensure conformity before loading.
- 2. Loading for Solutionizing : Components are loaded vertically or horizontally in trays with calculated air spacing to prevent damage and achieve uniform heating.
- Solutionizing Treatment: Solutionizing is performed at 525°C ± 5°C for 8–12 hours, depending on the material grade, thickness, and volume. This stage ensures uniform alloy distribution and structural stability.
- Water Quenching : Components are immediately quenched in water within one minute of removal to preserve mechanical strength and reduce distortion.
- Precipitation Hardening : Post-quenching, the precipitation process is carried out at 165°C ± 5°C for 8–12 hours, enabling improved hardness and durability.
- Final Inspection & Testing : Every batch undergoes visual inspection, random Brinell hardness checks, and microstructure validation. Test reports and third-party inspection certificates are issued before final dispatch.
